Solidarity Palace, April 30, 2026: Receiving Ms. Vladanka Andreeva, the newly appointed UN Resident Coordinator in Cambodia, Samdech Techo Hun Sen, the Acting Head of State, discussed energy security, particularly in light of rising fuel prices. Samdech also acknowledged the significant contribution of approximately 10,000 Cambodian Blue berets deployed to maintain peace in various countries under the United Nations' auspices.

Solidarity Palace, April 10, 2026: Meeting with His Excellency Tran Cam Tu, member of the Politburo and permanent member of the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Samdech Techo Hun Sen, Chairman of the Cambodian People's Party, urged authorities along the border between the two countries to ensure a peaceful, stable and developed border, especially by accelerating the completion of the border demarcation.

On April 8, 2026, at Solidarity Palace, Samdech Techo Hun Sen, in his capacity as Acting Head of State, extended his appreciation to Her Excellency Ülkü Kocaefe, the Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to Cambodia, as her term concluded. He commended Her Excellency for her diligent efforts in fostering stronger ties between Cambodia and Turkey, particularly highlighting the establishment of trade, cultural, and flight offices between the two nations.
