No War Could Yield Peace
Samdech Techo told Cambodian expatriates and students living, working and studying in the USA, Canada, France and Germany that Cambodia has gone through bitter times of war and genocide, which brought about deaths and separation. Some had to leave the country to save lives. Samdech Techo said: “we truly do not want repetition of history…
