Selected Extempore Comments at the Graduation and Diploma Presentation Ceremony of the Pannasatra University
Congratulating 1,050 Graduates and Education Policy I am so glad to come and hand out diplomas for 1,050 graduates of the Pannasastra University, which is the first ceremony of this sort for me of 2013. I thank the Senior
