On the morning of Wednesday, July 10, 2024, Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, President of the Cambodian People’s Party (CPP), allowed the Parties’ all 50 participants of the Young Leaders Training Course along the Cambodia-Laos and Cambodia-Vietnam borders to pay a courtesy call at the 7 Makara Palace in Phnom Penh.
The meeting clearly emphasizes the high attention of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, President of the Cambodian People’s Party, on the training of the Parties’ young leaders along the Cambodia-Laos and Cambodia-Vietnam borders as well as on further improving firm and long-term friendly relations, traditional solidarity and comprehensive cooperation among the Parties of the three countries – Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam.
It should be noted that with the unanimous consent on September 26, 2021 of the leaders of the three parties – Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, President of the Cambodian People’s Party, His Excellency Thongloun Sisoulith, Secretary General of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party, and His Excellency Nguyen Phu Trong, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam – the Cambodian People’s Party organized the second training course for the Parties’ young leaders of the border provinces of the three countries in the Kingdom of Cambodia from July 1 to 10, 2024.
The training of the Parties’ young leaders of the Cambodia-Laos and Cambodia-Vietnam borders plays an important role in cultivating outstanding young people to participate more actively in the development of the country and strengthen friendship, solidarity and cooperation for progress and prosperity for the peoples of the three countries, and the countries in the Greater Mekong Subregion, to have an exposure to experiences from the training course and first-hand national achievements. At the end of the meeting, Samdech Techo, President of the Cambodian People’s Party, offered a joyous photo session with the participants from the three countries./.
