Cambodia needs both e-government and e-people, underlined Prime Minister Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen while presiding over the graduation ceremony of Phnha Chiet University held at the National Institute of Education, Phnom Penh on Sept. 19.

Samdech Hun Sen went on to say that he always brings with him six smart phones which can help him solve the nation’s issues on time and effectively.
