Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen has announced to be the witness between Facebook user Khan Sovan and former opposition leader Sam Rainsy over Rainsy’s repatriation on 9 November 2019.
Sam Rainsy announced on 16 August that he would return to the kingdom on November 9 later this year.
