PM Hun Sen: 2018 Election Does Not Require Foreign Recognition

Prime Minister Hun Sen said earlier today that the upcoming 2018 National Election will be done legally in accordance with the Cambodian law and Constitution.

He added that the election result only requires recognition from Cambodian citizens, not foreign countries.

PM Hun Sen Requests APEC to Accept Three ASEAN Countries as Members

Prime Minister Hun Sen requested the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) to accept Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar as members.

He mentioned the plan during a courtesy call of 362 ASEAN-Japan youths at Peace Palace on Friday morning.
