In the afternoon of 13 January 2016, via his Facebook, Samdech Techo Hun Sen informed Cambodian people of the decision of the Royal Government in taking back National Road 4 (from private company). From today, people can travel on the National Road 4 free of charge. Samdech Techo affirmed that “I have listened to and discussed the issue with Minister of Economy and Finance and Minister of Public Works and Transports. Today, while attending the National Assembly session, I have decided all charges of using the National Road 4 will cease from 12pm of 13 January 2016.” While asserting that the decision is made to resolve concern of the people in the whole country, Samdech Techo expressed his gratitude to people for sending to his Facebook true information and opinion, and urging them to keep doing that in order to solve their livelihood problems and further develop our country./.
