Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen has announced to provide preferential visa treatment to Chinese and South Korean investors for three years.
Speaking at the Cambodia-China Business Forum and Financial Development Forum held here this morning under the theme “Cambodia: The Kingdom of Opportunities Along the ‘One Belt, One Road”, Samdech Techo Hun Sen said this decision was made at the request of the Ministry of Tourism.
“I decided to offer long-term visa with multiple entries to the investors from China and South Korea who hold normal passport […] for three years,” he underlined, explaining that they do not have to apply for visa, they can enter and leave Cambodia as many times as they like for a period of three years.
Currently, Chinese and South Koreans are the biggest foreign investors and tourists to Cambodia.
