Cambodia’s Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen has spoken highly and encouraged the public to pay more attention to the vocational training in the Kingdom.
While presiding over here this morning the graduation ceremony for 3,829 students of the National Technical Training Institute (NTTI), Samdech Techo Hun Sen recalled that after the collapse of the Khmer Rouge genocidal regime, there was no students registered to NTTI, built under the assistance of the former Soviet Union, due to limited job opportunities. But, he added, it is now different, technical and mechanical skills are very needed and highly paid.
Samdech Techo Hun Sen also raised the life struggle of some successful persons, including himself. He therefore recommended the students to study hard and to start from a small or low-level job.
