Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen had a working breakfast with his Vietnamese counterpart H.E. Nguyen Xuan Phuc, before the opening ceremony of the 7th Ayeyawady-Chao Phraya-Mekong Economic Cooperation Strategy (ACMECS) Summit and the 8th Cambodia-Laos-Myanmar-Vietnam (CLMV) Summit, this morning in Hanoi, Vietnam.
According to the National Television of Kampuchea (TVK)’s special report, both leaders discussed the bilateral relations and cooperation between the two neighboring countries, especially the remaining issues such as border marker planting, bilateral trade, and border security and stability, as well as regional and international issues of common interest.
The two premiers also lauded the key historical achievements obtained by both nations, said TVK, adding that Samdech Techo Hun Sen accepted his counterpart’s invitation to pay an official visit to Vietnam in the near future.
