Through Facebook on February 6, Samdech Techo Hun Sen posted a message informing the Cambodian compatriots that the Royal Government decided to cancel a BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) investment contract of the National Road 123 in Takeo province. “From today onward, people cease to pay fee for use of NR 123 that links the National Road 2 at the Jombak Market through to the village of Tomnub, Thnaot commune, Bati district in Takeo province” Samdech Techo wrote. He expressed hope that the decision will help reduce daily expenses of people who use the road, while improving their living condition.
