Your Venerable Monks, Excellencies, Ladies and Gentlemen, Dear Compatriots! Today, my wife and I are extremely pleased to inaugurate the “ethanol” bio-fuel Factory in Ponghealeu District, Kandal Province, the investment of MH Bio-Energy Co., Ltd. of South Korea.
