Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand, led a high-level delegation to Bangkok, Thailand to pay tribute to the late King of Thailand.
The Cambodian premier was seen off at Phnom Penh International Airport this morning by many senior government officials as well as Thai Ambassador to Cambodia H.E. Nuttavudh Photisaro.
Samdech Techo Hun Sen was accompanied by H.E. Tea Banh, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defense; H.E. Ms. Men Sam An, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Assembly-Senate Relations and Inspection; H.E. Bin Chhin, Deputy Prime Minister; H.E. Ke Kim Yan, Deputy Prime Minister; and H.E. Prak Sokhonn, Senior Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation; as well as other members of the Royal Government of Cambodia.
His Majesty King of Thailand Bhumibol Adulyadej passed away on Oct. 13, 2016, and on the same day, Prime Minister Samdech Techo Hun Sen sent a condolence letter to his Thai counterpart.
His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath Norodom Sihamoni, King of Cambodia, Her Majesty Queen-Mother Norodom Monineath Sihanouk of Cambodia, Samdech Techo Hun Sen, and H.E. Prak Sokhonn, as well as other high-ranking officials of Cambodia have signed the condolence book at the Royal Thai Embassy in Phnom Penh.
